Happy New Year to every one of our fans, family and friends. It’s been a crazy year for D-Railed and we
covered a lot of ground in 2011. This year has taken us all over the U.S., for some memorable shows, good
times and to meet some awesome new fans. From Chicago to Nashville, North Carolina to Florida – and
everywhere in between – we were able to leave our impressions in the towns and cities we played. We
CANNOT WAIT, and I repeat – CANNOT WAIT – to do it again. We have had many requests from East to West
to come and we are currently booking dates and planning where 2012 will take us. Be on the lookout for
upcoming dates in YOUR city.
D-Railed was invited to meet and greet with the crew of The Itchy Show (check your local cable listings).
These guys are like Saturday Night Live only better. We would like to thank Mr. Itchy for taking the time to
have us in. Looking forward to coming back very soon.
We will soon begin recording a new music video. That’s about as much as I can share as I am sworn to not
leaking any information until it’s complete. I will say we are working with a respected video producer and
w are VERY excited to work together on our vision.
2011 was also a year of change for D-Railed. Under a mutual agreement between the band and our
guitarist, Justin, we have come to the decision to part ways. Was a difficult decision for both the band and
Justin. Through the years he has been a staple in D-Railed and he will be missed. We wish him the best of
luck and success in his new direction. The core of the band was tasked with finding someone, that
missing catalyst that would propel us in the direction we were striving for. Not only did we find that
person, but we found two. The way things work out is quite amazing. D-Railed would like for all out fans to
welcome Lutrell (Lead Guitar) and Lou (Rhythm) to our family. These two bring a dynamic and fresh flavor
to the band that it opens new opportunities musically for D-Railed to grow. We are already hard at work
behind the scenes writing new music and plan on hitting 2012 with a vengeance come late Spring. The
chemistry in the studio is electric. We are refreshed, revived and writing music that we feel will solidify
our place in the music scene. A force to be reckoned with.
